The point of The Wholesome Diaries =
Hands On, Heart Open Experiences.
Gathering on the last day of summer we kick off the seasonal events with flower bouquet making, so you can expect a morning that feels calm, nourishing, and deeply grounding.
These are curated - invite only - events for my ambitious women who live full lives, but want an opportunity for intentional slowness and connection without pressure or performance.
Because tapping into our feminine energy allows us to soften & reconnect to ourselves beyond the roles we play in our day to day lives.
✿ Guided Flower & Bouquet MakingA relaxed, creative experience using fresh, seasonal blooms for you to take home & enjoy.
You’ll be gently guided, with space to move at your own pace, allowing conversation and creativity to unfold as you unleash your inner green thumb.
✿ Connection That Feels Easy
This is not structured networking or surface-level socialising.
Connection happens organically, through shared experience, gentle conversation, and being present together while creating.
✿ Bring Your Own Vase ~ A Shared Ritual
Guests are invited to bring a vase they love (op shop finds encouraged).
At the start, all vases are placed together. At the end, they are swapped a simple reminder of generosity, exchange, and unexpected beauty.
You’ll leave with a bouquet….. and a story.
✿ Beautiful Food & Unhurried Moments
Enjoy thoughtfully curated grazing and drinks throughout the morning.
There’s time to pause, eat, chat, and simply be without rushing or agenda.

About The Founder
Kirsten Peebles
Over the past year, I’ve moved through some of my most challenging seasons, quietly carrying the weight of expectations and demands from the world so many of us share, often without naming them out loud.
But still, within that season, there were moments of pure aliveness…
When I was in my feminine; creating, dancing, laughing, cooking, gardening, sitting with women and my nervous system would finally exhale.
They were small, ordinary moments, yet they held me through seasons I didn’t know how to explain.
The women around me, in their depth, intuition, and warmth, carried more of me than they’ll ever realise. So I want to give back to them and more.
A very wise woman once said to me:
If you ever feel lost or confused, just follow the tiny threads of excitement.
So here I am — following mine.
In doing so, I hope that I gently inspire you to weave more life, softness, and connection into your own fabric too.
Event Flow
10:00am — Arrival & Welcome
Arrive, settle in, and enjoy a welcome drink.
Time to mingle gently, explore the space, and ease into the morning.
Vases are are placed on the table to be swapped & enjoyed later.
10:20am — Opening & Intention
A short welcome to set the tone for the gathering and the experience ahead.
10:30am onwards — Guided Flower & Bouquet Making
In small groups we’ll begin a relaxed, hands-on flower experience using seasonal blooms.
Create at your own pace while conversation unfolds naturally.
Enjoy beautiful food and unhurried conversation.
Lawn games are scattered,
Conversation cards are everywhere to encourage deep connection and honest conversations.
Vases are chosen and final touches added.
12:00pm — Gentle Close
The gathering comes to a close, with guests leaving grounded, inspired, and carrying their bouquet home.
